Everything here is an everyday wellbeing skill — the kind a kind teacher or an older sibling might pass on. Breathe slower. Jot the worry down. Protect the last hour before sleep. Take the break before you are wrung out.
None of it diagnoses or treats anything, and none of it replaces a doctor, a counsellor or a trusted adult. If what you are carrying is heavier than this, that is not a failure — it is exactly when the help door below matters.
Most are a few minutes, audio-led, and made to work on a basic phone with the data pack running low.
We have left out the parts of the wellness world that do harm. No broken-streak shaming. No turning your mood into a score or a leaderboard. No cheerful insistence that you should already feel fine.
And no quiet measuring. We do not analyse how you feel, build a profile of your moods, or feed any of it to AI. The point is to feel steadier — not to be tracked while you try.
Your wellbeing is yours alone. We never run analytics on it, and it is never read by AI of any kind. There is nothing to perform here and no one keeping score.
