Wellbeing

Small, steady skills for the everyday weight of school.

Short practices for exam-stress, sleep and focus — built calm, kept private, and honest that this is guidance, not therapy.

If you need help now
This is guidance, not an emergency service. If you are in distress, a calm path to a real person — not an AI — is one tap away.
Reach a person
What this is, and isn't

Honest about its limits

Everything here is an everyday wellbeing skill — the kind a kind teacher or an older sibling might pass on. Breathe slower. Jot the worry down. Protect the last hour before sleep. Take the break before you are wrung out.

None of it diagnoses or treats anything, and none of it replaces a doctor, a counsellor or a trusted adult. If what you are carrying is heavier than this, that is not a failure — it is exactly when the help door below matters.

Your wellbeing is yours alone. We never run analytics on it, and it is never read by AI of any kind. There is nothing to perform here and no one keeping score.
Everyday skills

Short, practical, Hindi-first

Most are a few minutes, audio-led, and made to work on a basic phone with the data pack running low.

🫁
Breathing & pauses
A slow breath before an exam, a worry jotted down, a real pause in a long study day — the small resets that steady a loud mind.
🌙
Sleep, kindly
Sleep guidance that meets the 11pm-syllabus reality with kindness, not lectures — winding down when the night before a test feels impossible.
🎯
Focus practices
Gentle ways to settle attention and start the hard chapter — not productivity hacks, just calmer beginnings.
🤝
Friendships & pressure
Navigating peer pressure, comparison and the quiet loneliness of a tough season — warm, practical, never preachy.
🎧
Calm audio
A library of calm stories and focus soundscapes, Hindi-first. Calm by design: no autoplay, no endless feed — each session ends well.
📅
Exam-season packs
A daily few-minute routine through board season, a pre-exam-morning audio, and gentle guidance for the day after the result — for either outcome.
What we refuse to do

No guilt, no games

We have left out the parts of the wellness world that do harm. No broken-streak shaming. No turning your mood into a score or a leaderboard. No cheerful insistence that you should already feel fine.

And no quiet measuring. We do not analyse how you feel, build a profile of your moods, or feed any of it to AI. The point is to feel steadier — not to be tracked while you try.
