Short version: this is a tender place, and we treat it that way. We collect the least we can, keep it in India, never run analytics on how you feel, and never let AI read your wellbeing. The longer version below says exactly what that means.
01 What we collect
Only what a gentle wellbeing space needs: the account basics to let you in, and what you choose to save — a check-in note, a saved calm session. We do not need your contacts, your location, or your social accounts.
02 Your wellbeing data is yours
Check-ins and how-am-I notes are device-first in custody. We do not measure, score or trend your moods. We do not build a profile of how you feel. A guardian or a school does not get a window into it by default, and any age-banded visibility is handled with care.
03 Never read by AI
Wellbeing data is never used by AI of any kind — not to nudge you, not to train a model, not for anything. If a gentle, pattern-based nudge ever appears, it points only toward help, and it is never built by reading your private feelings into a machine.
04 The one exception is to keep you safe
If a clear sign of distress appears, a trained person — not an AI — may reach out or surface the help door, because safety comes first. Any logging tied to that is treated as a restricted, sensitive class, used only to help, never to market or model.
05 Where it lives, and leaving
Data is stored in India. You can export everything, and you can delete your account for real — deletion means deleted. There is no charge to export or to leave.
