01
Guidance, not therapy
We support everyday wellbeing skills. We do not diagnose, treat or substitute professional care, and we say so on every page. The language is reviewed so there are no clinical claims and no toxic cheerfulness.
02
No mood analytics, ever
We do not measure, score or trend how anyone feels, and wellbeing data is never read by AI of any kind — not for nudges, not for any model. This is a promise built into how the property is wired, not just written here.
03
A human, never an AI
A person's distress is never gatekept by an AI. Any sign of distress routes to a trained human, and the help door is visible on every surface. We point to real helplines, honestly, and we never market a tragedy.
04
No guilt, no games
We reject the parts of the wellness world that do harm: streak-shaming, mood-gamification, and the insistence that you should already feel fine. There are no ads on this minor surface, and there never will be.
These are not aspirations. A clinical-review step governs the student-wellbeing surfaces before they open, and monetisation never touches a help path.
